Food & Beverage

We're happy to bring you several vendors who will be open at various times throughout the festival:

Love & Light Coffee

Downstairs, afternoon til' late.
You can find them running the Laser Beans coffee booth at Lamplight festival, where they will be showcasing their outdoor stage and laser cut creations, all while serving you a freshly brewed cup of locally roasted coffee.

With live DJs, lights, and stagecraft, L&L can transform any space into an immersive environment where people can dance and connect with each other. Their events showcase local artists and creatives, creating a supportive community where artists can thrive. Love and Light Productions believes that art has the power to bring people together.

Oldhand Coffee

Upstairs, 9am to 12pm
We took a huge risk and opened Oldhand coffee 8 years ago in Abbotsford BC! We love nurturing social bonds through thoughtful and elevated food and drink.

The Good Food Emporium - Food Truck

Downstairs, 2pm to 4am Saturday. 9pm to 9am Sunday
Our goal is to serve unique healthy fare that is guaranteed to be delicious and satisfying.

We use ingredients from MyHealingCuisine.com to create meals saturated with an array of health promoting organic spices, along with healthy organic oils of coconut and olive, and many organic, or chemical-free-grown ingredients (*). Please inform us if you have allergies--we often use unexpected ingredients! (WF=wheat free, GF=gluten free, V=vegan/or vegan-possible)

We put ALL our L O V E into our products and we believe you’ll taste it!!

Please enjoy lounging & shopping (but not eating) at our Reclaimed-Fashion Tent while you await your gastronomical creation!

There will also be tables & chairs for your dining comfort.

Camping

Overnight camping is included and we encourage people to come early to claim space, especially if you want to camp as a group. Camping is vehicle friendly (we’re using part of the Otherworld space, for those familiar with the area).

Location

We will be gathering at Laketown Ranch.. which is located in Lake Cowichan, BC and nearest to the Ts’uubaa-asatx Nation. We give thanks to the stewards that have come before and the rich history of the Cowichan Valley and acknowledge that this event takes place on the traditional territory of the Quw’utsun, Malahat, Ts’uubaa-asatx, Stz’uminus, Halalt, Penelakut, Lyackson, Pauquachin, Ditidaht and Pacheedaht Peoples.
Showers and flush toilets are located on the upper level near to camping.

Leave No Trace

This is a pack-in-pack-out event which means whatever garbage or recycling you create on site we ask you to take home with you.

Please bring enough bags or containers to sort your garbage and recycling on site in accordance with your local municipality. This will make your return home easier on you and the planet!

Our LNT team will be present, and roving full-time throughout the event to make sure all your needs are met during the festival. On site, we will have the ability to collect those odd items which you really can't manage - yes, even compost!
